Webjet offer terms and conditions

1. The offer (the Offer) is for:

a. $25 AUD of Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB) shares into a new Sharesies customer’s Portfolio via the Sharesies platform (the Sign-up Allocation); and

b. An additional $25 AUD of Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB) shares into a new Sharesies customer’s Portfolio on the Sharesies platform where the new Sharesies customer redeeming the Offer deposits $50 AUD or more into their Sharesies Wallet within the Promotional Period (the Additional Allocation) .

2. The offeror is Sharesies AU Pty Limited (Sharesies).

3. For the purposes of this Offer, the promotional period is from 5 April 2022 to 11:59 PM (AEDT) on 14 April 2022 (the Promotional Period).

4. The Offer is only available to the first twelve thousand (12,000) new Sharesies customers who sign up for a Sharesies account using one of the Promotional Codes in clause 5, within the Promotional Period.

5. To claim the Offer you will need to enter either of the following promotional codes “WEBJET3” OR “WEBJET4” in the promo code field when signing up to a new Sharesies account and complete sign up by 11:59 PM (AEDT) on 14 April 2022. Only one promotional code can be redeemed per new Sharesies account.

6. Redeemed Offers will be applied to new Sharesies accounts.

7. The Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB) shares redeemed as part of the Offer will be allocated to the customer’s Portfolio on the Sharesies platform as follows:

a. The Sign-up Allocation will be allocated immediately on sign-up by a non-cancellable buy order;

b. The Additional Allocation will be allocated within seven (7) days following the end of the Promotional Period.

8. The actual number of Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB) shares allocated to the customer’s Portfolio will be calculated using Webjet Limited’s (ASX: WEB) share price at the time of allocation outlined in clause 7.

9. By redeeming this Offer you agree for Sharesies to share with Webjet Limited and its subsidiaries (Webjet) your personal information which is limited to:

a. your first and last name;

b. your email address;

c. your phone number;

d. the number of Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB) shares allocated to you through redemption of the Offer; and

e. the number of Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB) shares held in your Sharesies Portfolio, at the time your personal information is shared with Webjet.

10. Any personal information transmitted by Sharesies to Webjet will be protected using a hashing algorithm, which means this information will be encrypted when sent from Sharesies to Webjet and will only be able to be decrypted by Webjet where the information shared matches the details held on Webjet’s customer database.

12. Sharesies AU Pty Limited reserves the right to suspend, change, or cancel the Offer or these terms at any time without notice.

13. Redeeming the Offer constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Offer. If you do not agree to the terms of this Offer, you must not redeem this Offer, but you may still register for a Sharesies Account, providing you agree to all other terms of use of the Sharesies platform.
