First, sign up for a Sharesies account. Once you’re signed up, go to Wallet > Redeem a Gift. Enter the code on your Gift, and the money will appear in your Wallet, ready to invest.

Log in, and go to Wallet > Redeem a Gift. Enter the code on your Gift, and the money will appear in your Wallet, ready to invest.

A Sharesies Gift is money that someone can use to invest on Sharesies. When the recipient redeems it, the Gift amount goes into their Sharesies Wallet in Australian dollars (AUD), and they choose what to invest in.
You can buy a Sharesies Gift for any amount between $5 AUD and $2,000 AUD. If you buy one in the Sharesies app, you can pick from preset amounts or choose 'Custom' and enter your own.
No, there are no card processing fees when you buy a Sharesies Gift.
No, you can buy a Sharesies Gift on the website without a Sharesies account. Just enter your name, email, Gift amount and card details.
Yes, they need a Sharesies account to redeem a Gift. They can sign up after receiving it. Before you buy, check that they're eligible for a Sharesies account.
